Booking Policy & Terms

PAYMENT

  • If you have booked and paid a deposit only we may contact you prior to your stay to collect the remaining balance. This will be done to minimise contact during check-in whilst Covid-19 social distancing advice is still in place for indoor face-to-face transactions at busier times.

CHANGE OF DATES

  • If you wish to change the dates of your stay we will be happy to do so if the new chosen dates are of a similar value. This change will be made free of charge.

EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS

  • If you would like to check-in earlier (before 3.00pm but after 12.45pm) or check-out after 10.45am (but no later than 12.00pm) then this incurs a £10 fee and is by prior arrangement only.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

  • If you are celebrating a special occasion during your visit and would like something placed in your room prior to your arrival please contact us to discuss your requirements. This service usually incurs a fee. 

ROOM UPGRADES

  • If you booked with us direct we may be able to offer you a low cost upgrade depending on availability.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you booked with us direct and wish to cancel your stay at any point this is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
